Laura's journey across the globe enriched her own approach to wellness and established Lamoura in 2023, as a place where love and care guide every session.

Therapies
Laura is a Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist and full member of the AoR, and continually develops as a practitioner by completing further professional training. She has recently trained under the world renowned Ziggie Bergman, and has added Face Reflexology, Zone Face Lift, Gua Sha, Holistic Facials and Advanced Face Massage Techniques to her repertoire of bespoke Treatments.

Foot Refelexology
Bespoke treatment plans are curated to your needs on the day. Reflexology can aid sleep, promote wellbeing, release stored tension, improve mood and relaxation.

Indian Head Massage
Supine (lying down) Indian Head Massage is performed through clothing and no oil is used during this treatment.
Bespoke treatment plans can be curated if you are looking for this therapy to support you if you suffer from migraines, neck and shoulder pain or are experiencing hair loss

Face Reflexology
The Ziggie Bergman method is a fusion of Native American techniques and Asian body maps that chart reflexes on the face. It is used to promote relaxation and restore balance within the body by accessing and applying pressure on specific facial reflexes.

Gua Sha & Advanced Face Sculpting Massage
Gua Sha is a beautiful Chinese Medicine Practice, that, when performed correctly can release chemicals that improve blood flow, lessen toxins, reduce pain and promote healing in the area.
Advanced Face Sculpting Techniques are incorporated into treatments that can reduce the appearance of fine lines and improve elasticity.

Facial Programmes
Choose from either the Mini or Major Glow - courses of either 3 or 12 treatments to not only get you glowing from within, but visible results will be seen.
The Mini Glow is a course of 3 treatments, designed to be taken within a 7 to 11 day period for incremental results.
The Major Glow is a course of 12 treatments, designed to be taken over a maximum of 12 weeks for incredible results.
